My name is Lily and I am an educator with over 10 years of teaching experience. Most of that time I spent teaching elementary school, but I have experience working with children of all ages and many different backgrounds.

My education started out with a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Sonoma State University. A couple years later, I received my teaching credential and masters of education from University of California Davis. From the start, I have always had a particular interest in teaching social-emotional learning, including mindfulness, breathing tools, and the cultivation of healthy coping strategies and life skills into the classroom. I value the whole child approach.

I am currently a full-time elementary educator in Northern California, and I love to create specialized resources for my classroom, as well as other teachers, counselors, and parents. I am inspired and grateful to help support students with these tools to empower them in school and in life.
